With 8+ years of healthcare experience in long term and acute care.  I have engaged with seniors about their desire to be heard by family members and remain independent in their own homes. I have watched as that bright light in their eyes fade over time as they start to feel lonely and isolated from family and friends.  My desire is to let them age in place, it "tends to improve their quality of life."  We are offering elders the opportunity to stay in their own home with a caregiver.
